We again shared stand space with Simpson Marine of Dundee and were ideally located next to the river where the fly casting demonstrations were being given by expert Ally Gowans, who incidentally told us that He occasionally uses a Pontoon Boat on some of his fishing excursions.
We gained many new customers and invited huge numbers to come to Loch Earn to try out the boats. We sold boats into the Orkneys, to landowners on the shores of Loch Ness, to Lorraine Kelly's (of GMTV fame) Husband Steve Smith, to the Island of Shuna Holiday Cottage Company, to fishermen, divers, timber specialists and many more. The abilities of the pontoon boat with it's light weight, stability and low cost makes it ideal for many different jobs.
